Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in transfer vehicles or during tours.
Transfers are only for Point to Point basis unless disposable mentioned.

No refunds, amendments, or cancellations for unused, missed, partially used, or no-show services.

Children aged 1 to 4 years and 5 to 9 years will be charged 50 percent of the adult price, while children aged 10 years and above will be charged 100 percent of the adult price.
Children requiring a separate seat will be charged as per applicable rates.
Late arrival, missed transfers, or no-shows will be treated as cancellations with no refund. Guests missing transfers must arrange their own transportation.
